Terms and Conditions

1. This package is only applicable in Sunway Medical Centre, Ipoh (SMCI)
2. This package is valid for a limited time and for self-paying patients only.
3. This package excluded first outpatient consultation by consultants and must provide a referral from any doctors (valid less than 6 months).
4. Presence of complications and other emergency conditions for patient is not entitled for this package.
5. SMCI reserves the right the change the terms and conditions should any circumstances and regulations change.
