Terms & Conditions:

1. This package is only applicable in Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh (SMCI).
2. This package is valid until 31 December 2025.
3. This package is valid for a limited time and for self-paying patients only.
4. This package excluded first outpatient consultation, diagnostic test if required, post discharge consultant follow up, walking aids and post discharge physiotherapy follow-ups.
5. Presence of complications and other emergency conditions for patient is not entitled for this package.
6. SMCI reserves the right to change the terms and conditions should any circumstances and regulations change.
